I'm in my second quarter of Nursing School right now so it doesn't leave me with a lot of extra time for blog writing. I'm just happy to report today that it's been 30 days since the last time I ate meat and I feel great and still no coffee/caffeine either (2 months). It's been a little harder to lay off the sweets. School for me = stress eating! So my goal is to really buckle down on my next level of eating during my next break from school at the end of September.
Thank you to everyone that has emailed me recipes and has posted things on Face-book, it really means a great deal to me!
I've posted a picture of the only thing I really drink besides water - LOVE Tazo tea!
